Our Policy
We stand behind every product and every grading submission. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
Eligible Items
Sealed product may be returned only if it arrives damaged or is materially different from what was listed. All returns must be unopened, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Graded slabs, singles, and personalised items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp at +44 7932 838688 or DM @azedia.tcg on Instagram with your order number, a short description, and clear photos. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
Exchanges
Where stock allows, we're happy to exchange for an item of equal value. If the replacement is out of stock, we'll issue a refund or store credit — your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few business days to appear.
Grading Submissions
Grading fees paid to ACE Grading Group are non-refundable once a card has been submitted. If your card is lost or damaged in transit under our care, our insurance policy applies.
