Payment & Checkout

Payments are processed by our storefront provider (Shopify) and its integrated payment partners. Azedia TCG does not store your full card number or CVV on our servers. All transactions are encrypted in transit.

Shipping Information

We use your shipping address solely to prepare, insure, and dispatch your order or return your graded slabs. Address information may be shared with our couriers strictly for delivery purposes.

Grading Submissions

When you submit cards for ACE grading through Azedia TCG, we collect the details required to identify, insure, ship, and track your cards — including your name, contact number, submission notes, and photos of the cards.

Your cards and submission details are handled with strict confidentiality. Card metadata may be shared with ACE Grading Group as required to process your submission. We retain submission records for accounting, insurance, and dispute purposes.
