Where We Ship
We ship across Kuwait and, on request, internationally. GCC pickup and courier delivery are available for local orders.
Processing Times
In-stock orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship after the item's official release date; you'll receive an update as soon as it's on the way.
Delivery Estimates
Local Kuwait delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch. GCC delivery: 3–7 business days. International delivery: 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs.
All delivery windows are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier. Insurance is included on all shipments handled by Azedia TCG.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow it door to door.
Grading Return Shipments
Once your slabs return from ACE Grading, they're inspected, insured, and shipped back to you using the same delivery methods above. Track your submission any time via our grading tracker.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
