By accessing or using azediatcg.com, placing an order, or submitting cards for grading, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion. Pre-orders are governed by the release timeline of the publisher and may be delayed by factors outside our control.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated. We may update pricing at any time. Payment is processed at checkout by our storefront provider; orders are only confirmed after successful payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you on delivery to the courier. For grading submissions, insurance is arranged by us end-to-end.
Grading Submissions
By submitting cards through Azedia TCG, you confirm you are the rightful owner. Grades are assigned by ACE Grading Group and are final. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on ACE Grading's operational schedule.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand assets on this site — including Pokémon and ACE Grading — belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azedia TCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our services.
