Turnaround starts on arrival at ACE. All Business Day estimates begin the day your cards are physically received and checked in at ACE Grading — not the day you hand them to Azedia TCG or the day they ship from Kuwait.
Delays at ACE are outside our control. Azedia TCG is not responsible for any delays caused by ACE Grading, customs, or courier hand-offs.

Track everything through your tracker. Grades, photos, and status updates all appear in the tracker provided after submitting your cards — in real time.
New card art adds time. If a card has never been graded by ACE before, custom slab art must be drawn, adding Business Days beyond your tier.
Condition is recorded in your tracker photos. Azedia TCG is not responsible for any damage not visible in the images on your tracking record.
